 For interior work. Kaizer brand Sanier Grundharter 1: 4 primer is a means of preventing the appearance and growth of mold and mildew under the finishing layer of finishing materials.

 Application:

 Recommended areas for processing: bathrooms and showers, kitchens, closets, cellars, laundries, etc. Surfaces to be treated: concrete, aerated concrete, plaster, putty, brick, gypsum plasterboard, fiberboard, chipboard, etc. Well suited for food and beverage workshops, poorly ventilated and explosive environments as it does not emit solvent vapors.  Substrate preparation:
 The surface must be dry and sound. Clean the surface from old peeling coatings, dirt, dust, grease and other substances that reduce adhesion to the base. The surfaces contaminated with mold (fungus) should be pre-treated with the specialized fungicidal compositions "Sanierlosung" of the Kaizer brand in accordance with the instructions for its use.
 Compatibility:
 Compatible with all Kaizer dispersion paints and synthetic renders.
 Application procedure:
 Stir before use. Dilute the primer concentrate with clean cool water. It is not recommended to use undiluted primer concentrate. Normally absorbent substrates are primed with Sanier Grundharter 1: 4 Kaizer, diluted 1: 4 with water. Highly absorbent substrates are treated with diluted water in a 1: 2 or 1: 3 ratio with Sanier Grundharter 1: 4 Kaizer primer, if necessary in 2 coats wet on wet.
 The primer must not form a shiny film on the surface.
 Cleaning tools:
 With water, immediately after use.
 Storage:
 In a cool and dry place, protected from frost. Store opened packaging tightly sealed. Storage stability in tightly closed original packaging is approximately 12 months.

 For the most accurate calculation of the consumption in each specific case, it is recommended to carry out a trial priming at the facility.
 Drying time:
 In warm, dry air on the ground, you can paint on the same day, in cooler and damp air, respectively later.
 Processing temperature:
 + 5 ° C minimum for substrate and atmosphere during processing and drying.
