 Properties:
 Weather resistant, does not flake off, does not swell due to reinforcing fibers, has high adhesion and tear strength. Does not require the use of a reinforcing mesh. When dry, it retains the applied volume and does not crack. Resistant to vibration loads and temperature extremes. Anti-vandal.
 Application area:
 It is used for the construction and renovation of both new and old facades. Mineral plasters, gypsum plasterboard, concrete, gypsum plasterboards, glass-magnesite slabs, masonry, asbestos cement can be used as a base. Can be used for problem areas such as filling holes in concrete, leveling slab drops, and indoor plasterboard joints. For quick and easy filling of cracks, dents and irregularities in facades and masonry for outdoor use.
 Substrate preparation:
 Dust the base, carefully remove fragile parts. Prime highly absorbent substrates with Kaizer Putzgrundharter 1: 4. Small cracks must be opened before filling to allow sufficient material to enter. For better adhesion, the surface should be treated with Kaizer's Quarzgrund quartz primer.
 When the material has set, the surface can be additionally filled if necessary. Attention! Surfaces that are wet for a long time are unsuitable as a base for putty.
 When applying a material without a reinforcing mesh, the density of the mineral insulation slabs must be at least 25 kg / m3. The mineral board must be glued to the base and additionally secured with fixing pins ("umbrellas", "mushrooms"). When working on prefabricated structures, free movement of the insulation plate is not allowed.
 Cannot be used as a decorative finish on flat foam surfaces and during outdoor work on foam elements with a density below 25 g / cm3.
 When used on facades, it is imperative to protect with Acryl Effect K-44 or facade paint. Cannot be used on foam plastic instead of thermal insulation system.
 Application procedure:
 Do not repair deep cracks and depressions in direct sunlight.
 Stir before use. Apply the filler with a trowel or trowel.
 The dried surface is not skinned, otherwise its reinforcing properties will be violated.
 For spraying using a spray gun, dilute the filler with water up to a maximum of 10% and mix thoroughly. Apply in 2 steps. The first layer is a primer, the second layer is used to add thickness and texture.
 The first layer is applied under high pressure with a 6 mm nozzle. The material is applied in even stripes, first horizontally, then vertically, trying to achieve an even distribution over the surface. The distance from the surface to be coated to the nozzle is at least 50-60 cm. The formation of drips is not allowed.
 The second layer is applied after the first one has completely dried. The air pressure when applying the second coat is reduced to obtain a coarser surface texture. The material is applied in the same way as the first coat.
 The adhered and dry surface is suitable as a base for the application of paints and varnishes.
